Methodology

Documented — Accountable — Field-ready

The Five
Phases.

A structured commercial service process for Tampa Bay properties. Every phase produces walkthrough notes, scope documentation, and sign-offs — so presentation, safety, and comfort upgrades are provable, not promised.

Methodology

From strip to delivery.

Each phase produces documentation and sign-off gates — so scope, materials, and finish quality are provable before installation.

Strip & assessment

Complete deconstruction to the frame. We map structural stress, prior repairs, and material failures. Springs, webbing, and foam are photographed and labeled. You receive a written condition report before reconstruction begins.

Frame restoration

Joinery is corrected under dry assembly checks. Kiln-dried hardwood replaces compromised members where needed. The chassis must be silent and true before upholstery.

Material selection

Materials are matched to use case, light exposure, and tactile intent. Swatches live in your space when required. Textiles are checked for lot dye consistency.

Precision upholstery

Patterns are developed on the bench. Double-lock stitching, regulated seam allowances, and hand-tensioned panels ensure radii read as sculpted.

Final detail & delivery

Inspection under raking and diffuse studio light. Edge breaks, stitch rhythm, and grain flow are verified before delivery or installation.

Quality gates

What we measure

Seat firmness profiles, crown height, welt symmetry, and stitch SPI are compared to approved prototypes. Commercial work adds pull tests and seam slippage checks where specifications demand.
